Managing Graduation Verification

Roles with Access:  School Lead, Academy Lead

NAFTrack Certification monitors a student’s progress toward graduation based on the “Graduating Year” field that is now required for each student.

Principals or their designee are responsible for verifying that a student has graduated. To learn how to create a principal designee, see  Creating a Principal’s Designee

1.   Prior to graduation, the school lead will click on " ACTION ITEMS."




2. Click " Students Pending Graduation."



3.   Choose the appropriate graduation year from the drop-down. 

4.   Review the list of students pending graduation. 

5.   Check all eligible students. The School Lead can use the “ CHECK ALL” feature if multiple students are eligible.

6.   Click “ APPROVE GRADUATION” to confirm graduation requirements for selected students.
